Troubleshooting Exchange 2019 Backup Issues

We are using these Exchange 2019 Servers

The DatabaseCopyStatus show no replication issue as you can see

We can see the action triggered by the backup process here the Oct 14 2024

but when we are looking at the Database Logs …..

We can see that the logs are not truncated.

the Mailbox database are replicated to these servers

and when i check the status on each server the status are ok

The weird thing is whe i look at the database DB02 i can see that there is not indication for any backup

the incident has been sent to the Backup teams to check if the job include these databases
